Meet Gary, an experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer. A former 2nd-degree black belt in jiu-jitsu, he has always been interested in health and fitness.
After immersing himself in various disciplines such as competitive cycling, kettlebells, yoga, and more, he found resistance training to offer the most significant health return on time investment. He began practising various approaches to weight training.
Gary’s (sometimes painful!) journey led him to high-intensity training, a methodology that builds muscle and strength in short, focused sessions. Having studied with and learned from some of the most respected fitness experts in the world, Gary is now a certified HIT Master Trainer. He provides 1-to-1 strength and conditioning training from his private gym in Polstead, Suffolk.
Gary will gently guide you through each exercise, ensuring you use the correct form and technique and tailor your workout as needed as you progress towards your goals.
Taking a concentrated, calm, and patient approach to your personal training, Gary will ensure you maintain focus, challenge yourself to benefit from every session, and gradually increase your strength and muscular endurance.
All sessions take place at Gary’s private gym in Polstead, Suffolk, equipped with state-of-the-art MedX strengthening and rehabilitation equipment. The combination of science-based training methods and equipment makes it easy to train hard and achieve the results you want without worry of injury or overtraining, even if you are a beginner.
